Room need some deep cleaning. Specially bathroom. It is ok if you want that noise coming from the street.Wi fi just terrible. Connects and shows that there is no internet.

Overall my experience was up to the mark. Only the issue i face was wifi there is no connection of wifi properly working. I can rate 10/8 also the staff was really good and friendly.

No facilities or cafe in the hotel. Request for adjoining room at the time of booking. Upon check in, informed that the superior rooms booked were full, we have to pay extra to upgrade to Deluxe room if we want adjoining room.Disappointed with the hotel. The booking was made months ago, and no arrangement was avail to us.Mattress is hard to sleep on.

The walls are so thin that you can hear anything what’s happening outside and rooms next door, so you can’t get a good sleep.

Literally nothing

When we arrived we were told that there is a construction next to the hotel but we weren’t offered any solution. The hotel didn’t have a room in which the construction wasn’t audible. We even tried to upgarde to another room and paid extra money for it but the situation was the same. We went on holiday to relax and we never wanted to hear construction noises we didn’t care whether it’s daytime or not.The hotel should have let us know in advance that they can’t provide the conditions granted on booking: soundproof rooms.The soundproof statement was completely false on booking and they should have never sold the rooms if the conditions are like these. In addition to the construction the rooms are really loud in themselves so it wouldn’t have been soundproof anyway.Besides, rooms were not like on the photos, the rooms were dirty, old and disgusting.Neither booking nor the hotel compensated us for the false advertisement and for the conditions.We were offered a fruit basket as compensation from the hotel which is ridiculous. We left after 2 days and we didn’t get a refund yet.Staff were unhelpful, rude and useless. They told they can’t refund us whether we didn’t pay for this service and we left.I check the law regarding false advertisement about services and I filed a complaint for the thai consumer authority.They ruined our holidays and the whole story was outrageous. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone. Very unpleasant and unacceptable conditions.

Location is excellent right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle

No breakfast and no pool

Didn’t get any breakfast and left a night early because of amount of noise outside hotels open all night front doors….my young daughter was scared because drunken men were arguing loudly outside the hotel at 6am and we were right near the front doors in our room. Overall not a very pleasant stay at all.

The location is very near to patong beach and bangla street, only by walking distance. And the staff was really helpful and friendly. Love it!

There was a construction in the street, so sometimes it was a little noisy during the day.

I stayed on the ground floor - the noise from the water pumps was outrageously loud all night - staff did eventually turn off the pumps but only for a short period of time . The ongoing construction was also super loud - going back to the floor to chill was out of the question The lower underbed sheet had blood stains on them - I did highlight this but it was not changed

Worth the value, overall it is good and convenient to access public transport and restaurants

The hotel is neat to the clubs, will be slightly noisy at night
